What is corporate responsibility, and social responsibility?

Until fairly recently, most businesses were driven almost exclusively by a single goal: maximising profits.

In the past few decades, however, more business leaders have recognised that they are responsible for doing more than maximising profits for shareholders and executives. Rather, they have a social responsibility to do what’s best—not just for their companies but also for people, the planet, and society at large.

We completed the Great North Run 2025 and absolutely loved every minute of it. The atmosphere, the support, and the sense of achievement were incredible — it genuinely meant a lot to all of us. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already signed ourselves up for 2026, and we can’t wait to take it on again while continuing to raise money for the causes that mean the most to our team.
