Our aim is to ensure that all customers have a clear understanding of their rights and the procedures for obtaining a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

· Technical Issues: If the EV charging station fails to deliver the service due to a technical fault, customers are eligible for a refund of the amount charged.

· Billing Errors: In case of incorrect billing (e.g., being charged for more than the actual usage), customers are entitled to a correction and refund of the overcharged amount.

· Service Interruptions: If the charging session is interrupted or terminated prematurely due to a fault in the EV charging station, a proportional refund based on the duration of the service interruption may be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

· Customer error in selecting the charging session.

· Failure to properly connect the vehicle to the charging station.

· Inappropriate use of the charging infrastructure, including any actions that violate the terms and conditions of use.

To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

· Submit a refund request within 30 days of the transaction date.

· Provide a detailed description of the issue, including the date, time, and location of the charging session, as well as a copy of the transaction receipt.

Our team will investigate the request and respond within 10 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method 

within 5-7 business days.
